Then use the PayPal information below to pay the Registration Fee. ($275 per person, includes AGM and Symposium presentations and food, including the Wednesday dinner. Does not include the optional Tuesday evening social event.) There is also an option to attend the Symposium only on Wednesday. ($75, includes breakfast and lunch but does not include the dinner.)
